Cancellation of binding registration for events such as conferences and training courses must be made in writing and is only then effective. Cancellation free of charge is possible if received up to 14 days before the start of the event. In the event of cancellations after this date (e.g. due to illness or business or personal commitments) up to six days before the start of the event, 50 percent of the participation fee will be charged as cancellation costs. Such a cancellation is also only effective if it is received in writing. In the case of later cancellations and no-shows, there is no entitlement to a refund of participation fees already paid or the full cost contribution must be paid.
We would like to point out that photos and videos are taken during our events, tree plantings, campaigns and other activities. We use this material for further documentation as well as promotion of our SDW actions in our print publications and online presences (website, social media, PDFs etc.). Social plugins from the social networks Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn are used on our websites.
